A Perfect Post, March

How many blogs do you read? Personally, I have over 70 in my feed reader. Damn. That's a lot of stuff to read. Don't you come across posts from time to time that hit you as brilliant, touching, or simply hilarious? Well, I do ALL the time (you guys are so freaking fabulous) and now there's a way to recognize one such post each month that I can pass on to all of you. Yes, choosing just one IS hard, especially for someone who takes 15 minutes to choose the "right" spaghetti sauce in the grocery store aisle (that is SO not me...ahem), but those are the rules.

This month I'm awarding the Perfect Post honor upon:

A Perfect PostMy dear sweet Paige at Miss Domestic for her post, "Part One in a Series of Things I'm Terrified Of but Would Probably Check Out Anyway"

Paige is always amazing me with her intelligence and wit, plus GOOD LORD the girl is Ungodly Gorgeous, as is her wee son. The reason I chose this post was because of how damned well she crafts her words. Plus, I have deep deep love for anything that mocks Tom Cruise. Check Paige out or be deemed Morbidly Uncool!

Also, if you'd like to participate and give out a Perfect Post Award next month, email me and I'll get you hooked up for next month's update!

I read about 36 per day. And? I had to stay up all night last night for a sleep-deprived eeg, with NO COFFEE to keep me. I did it, somehow. What the heel was my point? Oh, yeah. That all the blogs I read didn't have any new posts after about 7 p.m. So that sucked. Someone? Smack me now.

Over 70!! I'm at about 15 right now and it keeps me plenty busy. You should add mine though and make it 71. :) I can't say I'm as crafty as Miss Domestic (who might become my 16th), but I try not to be entirely dull.

Great choice. That post was hilarious! Thanks for playing again!

Honestly, I read about 10 a day, but I've got a list of about 30 that rock my socks off.

Good call on your award winner. I don't know the history of Miss Domestic, but you do.

Thanks.

I read this and thought, 70? WHO HAS TIME FOR 70?!

Then I looked at my feed reader and realized I read 64. Looks like I'm not too far behind. :)

70, wow!

I have about 5 that I read every day, come-hell-or-high-water, and maybe 10 more that I catch up with every few days. And if I've got kid-free (well, never kid-free, more like kid-lite) time on my hands, then I get to catch up on archives of the ones I like, and check out people's blogrolls to try to find more to read.

Hah--I'm at seven, including yours! I already spend too much time in front of my computer. :)

I read WAAAAAAY too many, with the amount growing exponentially...as a matter of fact, I posted about this very thing a couple of days ago. It's just this job thing...they expect more out of me than I'm willing to give, you know...I just found out they really want me to work...

I love me some Paul Rudd, too.

Now that I have two kids, I read about .008 blogs per day. Why? because there's just too much poop to deal with.

But yeah for Paige! I love her! And Melissa! I love Melissa too!

That's an awesome idear. :)

I go to 70 every day, but probably half don't have a new post. I also try to go to a few new sites every day, trying to find good ones. They aren't easy to find. That's because I'm very picky.

BTW, I really do enjoy your blog. You know how to do it right.

Hi!
I read selected few on regular basis but when sometimes words elude me and I do not have anything to write myself … then I read new ones [that is how I reached here :)]
